I’m Having Fish Tonight began as a playful exploration into art for the kitchen – evolving into a personal recipe book concept inspired by Mediterranean/Australian flavours, relaxed dining, and illustrated food storytelling.

Hand-painted in watercolour and composed digitally, the artwork features Australian Salmon alongside lemon slices, olive oil, and thyme, combining loose painterly textures with vibrant food-focused composition.

Created as a self-initiated project, the series explores opportunities within editorial food illustration, cookbook publishing, and lifestyle storytelling.
