Sheryl Cole is a New Zealand-born illustrator and freelance art director/graphic designer who lives and works by the beach in Melbourne, Australia. She draws on daily nature walks for inspiration, organic materials and creative experiments to channel into her art prints, homewares and client commissions.

Native birds are a firm favourite for their strong personalities and riotous colour. Ditto watercolour, whose loose natural flow seems almost to paint itself and suits her playful style.

Sheryl’s mixed media surface designs for textiles, branding and packaging also draw on botanical themes and abstract forms. Bower bird tendencies, mindful slow living and travel inspire her endlessly.

Sheryl seeks out clients who share her environmental focus. She’s proud to be part of a community of designers and clients whose work celebrates nature and encourages people to reconnect with it and consume thoughtfully.

Sheryl is always on the lookout for new and exciting projects and collaborations, so please get in touch.

Thanks for stopping by.
